Craig Russett

Craig supports the unique and varying needs of HBM+ clients, including insurance carriers and third party administrators, by enhancing the operations of the client services team and offering solutions that complement and extend our clients' capabilities.

 He brings a strong customer focus to his role, together with the energy and passion to drive service excellence. With over 20 years in the industry, Craig has enjoyed various roles including provider records administrator, client service representative, account manager and manager of client services. He holds a bachelor of commerce degree from the University of Windsor and became a Group Benefits Associate in 2008 by earning his GBA designation from the Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) program.

 Away from the office, Craig values the time he spends with his family, and he enjoys giving back to the community through coaching youth baseball and hockey.
