He has more than 20 years of experience in the technology and group insurance industry, and more than 30 years of vendor-related experience in various leadership positions. Charles brings to this role an in-depth understanding of overseeing enterprise-level client initiatives in the public and private sector, where he has led teams to consistently surpass service delivery and financial expectations. 

Charles loves to travel with his family. When he isn’t working on his golf game, he enjoys being a pilot and navigating the blue skies.
